Havening Touch ® Therapy

Embrace Emotional Healing

Havening Touch® is a psychosensory therapy rooted in neuroscience, designed to disconnect negative emotions like stress and anxiety in the brain. This approach guides the brain to adopt new responses to stressors or negative thought patterns, fostering a healthier mental state.

When we experience stress or trauma, our sympathetic nervous system is activated, triggering the production of gamma waves in the amygdala. These waves further activate the sympathetic nervous system, fuelling negative emotions like anxiety and tension, akin to an overactive alarm system.

I'm a certified Havening practitioner!

How Havening Touch® works

Havening Touch® (HT®) involves a gentle touch on the arms, palms, or face, performed by either the practitioner or yourself, causing an electrochemical response delinking negative emotions in the brain. This stimulation prompts the release of delta waves in the parasympathetic nervous system, facilitating deep relaxation and restoration.
